Ignore my massive forehead, but check out the gray hair coming in! I’m so psyched as I think gray hair is a great marker of age; it typically shows that someone is into or going into the next stage of life. At 51 and still getting seen as much younger, having gray hair is exciting to me because I feel it will force people to really ‘see’ me and acknowledge my age. Well Dread Mama, you might say, what’s wrong with people thinking you’re younger? It’s because in my experience, most people treat young women like crap, is why. Older women get way more respect, and furthermore older women can be nice to people, especially men, without the assumption being you want to exchange DNA with someone.
